Regarding the [Wearing of Masks] at the University as a Covid-19 Countermeasure(Notice)

The Japanese government has decided that the [wearing of masks] as a countermeasure against Covid-19 infection should be left to the judgment of individuals, respecting their independent choice, from March 13th, 2023 onward. In light of the government's decision and the declining number of nationwide cases of infection, we would like to inform you of our university's policy on the wearing of masks, as follows.

  1. Regarding the Wearing of Masks

This will be optional and left to individual discretion from March 13th onward.

  1. Regarding the Graduation and Completion Ceremony

We request your cooperation in wearing masks during the ceremony and when traveling (on buses, etc.) to avoid any impact on the new lives of graduates, which will begin in April.

It is important for each of us to take basic measures for infection control. Please continue to act prudently.
