Interview with President Irisawa published in U.S. weekly magazine “Newsweek International”
President Irisawa was interviewed by The Worldfolio, a British telecommunications company, about the University’s initiatives. The contents were published in Newsweek International on July 5th, 2024 as an excerpt of the interview placed on the website “THE WORLD FOLIO”(the news website of The Worldfolio).
Topics introduced in this interview report include the founding of Ryukoku University, Buddhist SDGs, the action philosophy of jisei rita (introspective altruism), the Yunus Social Business Research Center’s [3 ZERO Club], Co-Creation HUB Kyoto, the acceptance of students from Ukraine, Ryukoku University’s Declaration on Carbon Neutrality, Ryukoku University’s Declaration on Nature Positive, and more.
