Regarding Mailing of Documents due to Graduation and Completion Ceremony Cancellations
With the spread of the Novel Coronavirus, Ryukoku University has cancelled the Graduation Ceremony・Graduation School Completion Ceremony in order to ensure the health and safety of Students, Academic and Administrative Staff, and all related individuals, and to prevent the spread of infection.
Graduation Certificates, Diplomas, and other documents which were to be distributed on that day will be mailed.
To ensure that these important documents are delivered, please provide your mailing address as follows:
1. Reporting Method: Please respond to the questionnaire on the Ryukoku Portal Site titled 「卒業証書・学位記等の郵送先の報告について」.
2. Reporting Deadline: March 10th (Tues) 16:00 <Time Strictly Enforced>
3. Other: The shipping of documents will take place in mid-March.
