To All International Students

Those returning or entering from countries designated with an infectious disease risk level of "two" or above should please respond according to (1) or (2) below.

(1)For Those Returning from an Endemic Area or Having Had Contact with Someone in an Endemic Area
① If you develop a fever (of 37.5 degrees or higher) and respiratory symptoms within 2 weeks of returning to Japan, avoid contact with other people, wear a mask, and immediately consult the nearest "帰国者・接触者相談センター (Returnee and Contact Center)" by telephone.
Furthermore, if you consult a medical institution referred by the Center, you must report the consultation result of the consultation to the University Health Center by telephone or email.
② Even if you have no symptoms at the present time, keep in close contact with your parents and family, especially for two weeks after returning to and staying in Japan. Keep strict tabs on your health and respond in accordance with ① if symptoms occur.

(2)For Those Returning from Overseas, Having Had No Contact with People Living in Endemic Areas
① If you develop a fever (of 37.5 degrees or higher) or respiratory symptoms within 2 weeks of returning to Japan, avoid contact with other people, wear a mask, and immediately consult a nearby medical institution.
② Even if you have no symptoms at the present time, keep in close contact with your parents and family, especially for two weeks after returning to and staying in Japan. Keep strict tabs on your health and respond in accordance with ① if symptoms occur.
