Tokyo Office Employment Support (From June 19th)

From June 19th and for the time being, Tokyo Office will resume its regular hours and employment support services. Students of Ryukoku University will be accepted by prior application for employment support, and should check the following details ahead of time.

〇 Time Period  June 19th(Friday)and for the time being
       ※This period may change due to current circumstances.

○ Regarding Use

(1)Advance application is required for entrance. 
Before you come, please apply in advance as described below.
To avoid a crowded environment, we are currently limiting the number of people who can enter at once. If there are too many who wish to use the room, please note that arrangements may be made for specific arrival times. Thank you very much for your understanding.
 
  ・Please send an email in advance to [ ryutokyo@ad.ryukoku.ac.jp ], including (1)Student ID Number, (2)Full Name, (3)Date and Time of Room Usage, and (4) Purpose of Use 

  ・For employment consulatation, advance application can be made from Ryu Navi (Ryudai Employment Navi) (link).
    
  ※If you wish to use our facilities urgently, please first contact us by telephone.

(2)Hours: Weekdays 8:45~16:45
(3)Eligible Visitors Only Ryukoku University Students may enter.
(4)Entry Limit  Up to four people may enter at once.(Priority is given to students with advance reservations.)
(5)Time Limit  One hour
※If there are more than four people, or if there is a desire to stay longer than one hour, guidance will be given to the business share office on the sixth floor of the same
building. For details regarding this business share office, please refer to “About the Use of Affiliated Facilities” below.

〇Consultation regarding job hunting in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area      
 (If you would like to consult with us urgently, please call us by telephone in advance: TEL:03-3201-2751)
 ・Consultation Method: Consultation is available via the Web or in a face-to-face format. Please let us know your preferred format in advance. 

The following environment is required for Web consultation:
(1)A PC or smartphone connected to the network.
(2)You must login to Gmail (account provided by the university)

 ・Consultation Date and Time: Weekdays 8:45~16:45

〇Issuance of Certificates(Including Student Discount Certificates, Expected Graduation Certificates, Academic Transcripts)
                       
〇Sale of Ryukoku University-themed Resume Sheets 
〇Provision of Changing Space
〇Luggage Storage

〇PC Usage (3 Units Available)
          
〇About the Use of Affiliated Facilities
 ①Use of Business Share Office(Business Airport Marunouchi)
  ・Hours of Operation: Weekdays 8:00~20:00
  ・Services Provided: Rest Area, Temporary Luggage Storage, Changing Area, Telephone Space
  ・Location: Kishimoto Building, 6th Floor (Same Building as our Tokyo Office) 
  ※A Student ID is required of all visitors.
It is also required to wear a mask and disinfect one’s hands when entering.
Please refrain from using the facilities if you have a fever or feel unwell.

       
 ②Use of Shower Facilities(MARUNOUCHI Bike & Run)
  ・Hours of Operation: [Weekdays] 6:30~20:00 [Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays] 6:30~20:00
  ・Cost for Shower Usage: 300JPY (An additional charge is required for rental bath towels, etc.)     
  ※A Student ID is required to use these facilities.

=====Important Request Regarding Tokyo Office Facilities Use=====

 ① Please wear a mask and disinfect your hands before entering the room.
 ② Your temperature will be taken upon entry. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
 ③ Please refrain from entering in you are in poor health (fever, breathlessness, cough, etc.)
 ④ Please observe social distancing practices.
 ⑤ In certain situations, records of entry and departure may be provided to public health centers.
 ⑥Please follow the Staff Members’ instructions.
