(Announcement) Regarding the Commencement of Vaccinations

As previously announced, Ryukoku University Educational Corporation has been diligently preparing for the implementation of vaccinations. An application has already been submitted to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and a vaccination system is in place (including securing doctors and nurses, as well as the preparation of a suitable venue).

However, the university has recently been contacted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Due to a delay in the supply of vaccines, it is expected that inoculations will commence after August 9th (Monday). As the application has already been completed, the number of vaccines have been secured. Although the process will take some time, we fully expect to be able to carry out inoculations as planned.

While there will be a significant delay from the originally scheduled commencement date, we will respond as soon as the vaccine supply is received so inoculations can be carried out promptly.

When the vaccination schedule has been finalized, detailed information (such as the commencement date and the method of making a reservation on the University Website and Portal Site) will be provided.

We realize that many are waiting to receive their vaccinations, so we thank you very much for your understanding.
