日本政府6月19日起解除全国范围内的跨县移动,将防御程度调整为第2阶段。我校将持续入校限制和课外活动限制,但在政府方针的基础上,将开放部分课外活动。但是,新型冠状病毒传染扩散的危险依然存在。希望恢复课外活动的大学公认课外活动团体,在与学生部协商并判断能够充分地进行预防措施・防止传染扩散措施的情况下,对课外活动的规模和内容进行限制,允许恢复部分课外活动。希望恢复课外活动的大学公认学生团体,请按以下内容进行申请。

1.恢复活动的时间表
【6 月 18 日(周四)~:开始接收申请,并依次批准】
提交「课外活动限制期间的活动许可申请」。收到申请后,申请团体和学生部进行协商,在判断能够充分地进行预防措施・防止传染扩散措施后,批准恢复活动。

【6 月 29 日(周一)~:开始恢复活动】
课外活动从得到批准的学生团体开始依次恢复活动。此外,对于预防措施指导体制充分,所实施的传染预防・防止传染扩散措施有效性高的学生团体,将更快得以批准。6月29日为止未能得到批准的学生团体,可再次提出申请。

2.恢复活动时的准则
事前请务必仔细阅读「恢复课外活动的指南」以及「为恢复课外活动的传染预防・防止传染扩散的准则」。各申请方法请确认准则内容。6月17日、18日的说明会视频将另行公布。各准则和说明会信息的详细说明请参照校园信息网的公告「今後の課外活動について」。


According to the government’s policy, the entire country will transition to Step 2 from June 19th, in which the request for self-restraint in travelling across prefectural borders is lifted for the entire country. Restrictions will continue to be imposed for campus entry, as well as the carrying out of extracurricular activities. However, we are considering resuming come extracurricular activities in light of government trends. However, the risk of infection by the Novel Coronavirus remains. In consultation with the Student Office, some activities by University-recognized circles that wish to resume their activities will be accepted. The activity scale and content must be limited, and it must be determined that sufficient measures can be taken to prevent the spread of infection. Those circles are requested to please make the following preparations:

1.Schedule for the Resuming of Activities
[June 18th (Thursday) onward : Application for Permission is Required]
An “Application for Activity Permission during the Extracurricular Activity Restriction Period” will be accepted. After receiving this document and after consultation with the concerned group and the Student Office, permission will be granted if it can be determined that sufficient measures will be taken to prevent the spread of infection.

[June 29th (Monday) ~:Resumption of Activities]
Activities can be resumed sequentially by the authorized group. Groups that have a well-developed guidance system and can be expected to become role models for thorough infection prevention, infection prevention measures, and their management may be permitted to resume their activities even earlier. The Student Office will continue to receive activity permit applications for those who have not received approval by June 29th.

2.Rules for Resuming Activities
Please be sure to read the “Guidelines for Resuming Extracurricular Activities” and the “Infection Prevention Manual for Resuming Extracurricular Activities” in advance. The necessary procedures are detailed in this manual. Video of the briefing session held on June 17th and 18th will be distributed separately. For details on various manuals and briefing sessions, please refer to [今後の課外活動について] (Notice of Future Extracurricular Activities) on the Portal Site.


The Career Center will operate a web-based system (based on advance application) to provide support to all students, and mainly those involved in job hunting. In addition, if we receive a consultation request from a student currently involved in job hunting, we will respond by telephone on that day. 

〇 Regarding Career Interviews(Consultation・Simulated Interviews)
 In addition to Web interviews, we will also conduct face-to-face interviews. All require advance application on Ryu Navi (Ryudai Employment Navi) (link).

〇 Regarding Room Rental for Web Interviews
 Students who do not have a Wi-Fi environment may rent a room at the Career Center (Fukakusa・Seta) for the purpose of having a Web interview. Please contact us by telephone no later than 15:00 on the previous day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) regarding which campus’s Career Center you wish to use.

・Please be sure to wear as mask and disinfect your hands with disinfectant solution before entering a private room for face-to-face and Web interviews. Also, please cooperate with the Receptionist to check your health condition.

At Osaka Umeda Campus, from June 19th (for the time being), normal hours will be resumed and employment support will be provided. In principle, activities will be mainly focused on the support of students who are job hunting. [Advance application is required]. Please check the following information.

 Weekdays/10:00~18:00(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays)

○Usage of Facilities
 ◇Usage will mainly be for those who are job hunting and those who wish to use the automatic certificate machine.
 ◇Those who wish to use the PC space and free areas must be sure to apply in advance through Ryu Navi (Ryudai Job Search Navi) no later than 17:00 of the previous day.
  Usage Time/Maximum: 90 Minutes
  ※For same-day cancellations, please contact Osaka Umeda Campus by telephone.
 ◇ To prevent crowding, as a general rule, the room may not be entered without prior application. However, in the case of sudden circumstances, please contact us by telephone first.
 ◇ Prior application is not required to use the automatic certificate machine, but those using the machine should depart soon thereafter.
  ※For the purpose of preventing the spread of the Novel Coronavirus, please avoid visits for the sole purpose of using the Certificate Vending Machine as much as possible. Due the current circumstances, all types of certificates are issued by the Faculty Offices and sent by post. Furthermore, the shipping cost will be borne by the University. In principle, please make use of this service.

○Regarding Job Hunting Consulatation
 ◇Advance application is required.

 ◇Each Faculty Office can receive applications for and issue such certificates by post.
  ※Application can be made and some certificates used at the reception desk of the Osaka Umeda Campus. However, please direct your request to your Faculty Office as much as possible. Furthermore, please check the [Requests Upon Entry] below before coming.

 ◇ When entering the room, your temperature will be measured at the reception desk.
 ◇ Please disinfect your hands with the antiseptic solution installed at the entrance.
