新型冠状病毒疫情已出现全球规模的爆发，为阻止病毒传染的进一步扩大，需要我们高度细致地实施防御措施。
我校为预防新冠病毒的扩散，已经向在校师生发出各种防御注意事项。非常遗憾的是，在疫情不断升级的情况下，京都市的大学出现了，极有可能是因为大学生历经出国・恳谈会等而引发的集体感染案例。京都市新冠病毒感染对策本部已经发出紧急通知，要求对在校学生的出入国状况进行调查。
我校为了维护安全的学习环境，将全力实施防御措施。
为此，要求所有从海外回到日本的同学务必完成大学校园信息网的关于出入国的问卷调查，并在回到日本后确实实行14天的居家隔离。

１．出入国状况调查
　2020年3月1日之后从海外回到日本的同学请回答以下内容
　①海外滞留地（国名和城市名）
　②海外滞留期间
　③现在的健康状况（良好、不良）

２．回到日本后进行14天的居家隔离
　　与您的海外滞留地无关，所有从海外回到日本的同学务必进行14天的居家隔离。居家隔离期间定时量体温(早晚1日2次)、进行彻底的健康观察。

＜有症状的同学请向「归国者･接触者咨询中心」咨询＞
・ 出现感冒以及连续4天持续37.5℃以上发烧症状。（需要持续服用退烧药也包含在内）
・ 有明显的身体倦怠感和呼吸困难的症状时。
・ 高龄人员和有基础疾病者持续2天出现以上症状时。

As the Novel Coronavirus is spreading throughout the world, including within Japan, extreme caution is required to prevent further transmission.

We have been calling your attention to preventative measures against new Covid-19 infections. As transmission is rapidly progressing, however, clusters (collective infections) are likely to take place within universities in Kyoto, caused by students traveling overseas and holding social gatherings. Furthermore, the Novel Coronavirus Infectious Disease Control Headquarters of Kyoto City has issued an urgent request to ascertain the status of students’ overseas travel history.

We will make every possible effort to maintain an environment in which students can carry out their studies with peace of mind.

Therefore, we ask those who have returned from overseas to respond to the following on the Ryukoku Portal Site and cooperate by remaining at home for fourteen (14) days after returning to Japan.

1. Notification of Overseas Travel Status

For those who have returned to Japan from overseas on March 1st, 2020 or afterwards, please respond to the following on the Ryukoku Portal Site.
　① Your Travel Destination（Name of Country and City）
　② Time Period of Overseas Travel
　③ Your Current Health Condition（Good, Poor）

２. Regarding Staying at Home for 14 Days after Returning to Japan

Regardless of your travel destination, please remain at home for 14 days after returning to Japan from overseas. In the meantime, please make thorough observations of your health by taking your temperature regularly (twice a day - once in the morning and evening).　　

< If you have any of the following symptoms, please consult the Kikokusha・Sesshoku-sha Senta (Returnee / Contact Center) as soon as possible.>
・ If you have cold symptoms, or a fever of 37.5°C has continued for four days or more (including when a fever reducer is used).
・ You have extreme lethargy (malaise) and breathlessness (dyspnea)
・ In the case of the elderly and those with underlying conditions, the above conditions have been experienced for approximately two days.
