　2024年9月29日（日）に、本願寺鹿児島別院のご協力を得て、「龍谷大学ウィークエンド無料法律相談in鹿児島」を鹿児島別院にて開催いたしました。昨年度に引き続き、今年度も、「法学部同窓会50周年記念事業」として遠方での実施となりました。
　この無料法律相談は、日常的に無料での法律相談が受けられにくい地域に出向き、地域に貢献するとともに龍谷大学を知ってもらう場として1972年から活動を開始いたしました。当日は、学生法律相談部員27名が相談者から内容の聞き取りを行い、法学部教員や本学卒業生の実務家（弁護士・税理士・司法書士・社会保険労務士・行政書士・土地家屋調査士）14名がそれぞれの専門に応じ、相談対応を行いました。
　今年度も多くの方に来場いただきました。
　学生にとっては、大学から外に出て、教員や実務家とともに現場を体験することで、座学ではない学びを体験できました。また、本願寺鹿児島別院の皆さま、校友会鹿児島支部や法学部同窓会などの先輩方との交流もよい刺激となりました。

2024年11月25日、龍谷大学とテンプル大学ジャパン（TUJ）は、教育および学術的な協力を促進するための覚書を締結しました。2025年1月に開設されるTUJの新拠点「TUJ京都」とともに、龍谷大学の深草キャンパスでの多文化共生を強化することを目的に、授業をともに受講する正課としての交流、クラブ活動等を通じた課外活動の交流、住環境をともにすることによる生活面での交流等を推進していきます。
さらに、京都市が抱えるオーバーツーリズムの問題に関して、両大学の学生が共に考えながら京都市に提案ができる仕組みも検討します。

調印式において、龍谷大学の入澤崇学長は、このパートナーシップが仏教SDGsの推進と学生に貴重な国際経験を提供する上で非常に重要であると強調し、本覚書を第一歩として、社会課題の解消に挑戦するチェンジメーカーをともに育てていくことをTUJのマシュー・J・ウィルソン学長兼法務博士と確認しました。この協力関係から生まれる多くのエキサイティングなつながりとプロジェクトを創出していきます。

　龍谷大学は創立400周年を迎える2039年を見据えた長期計画（基本構想400）において仏教SDGsを掲げ、誰一人取り残さない取り組みを推進し、その一環として、これまでウクライナやシリアから多くの留学生を受け入れております。受入れ留学生数が増えてきたことから、最近では様々な国際交流イベントがキャンパスにて行われており、海外からの留学生の受入れは本学学生にとって教育的な刺激を与える、またとない機会となっております。

■龍谷大学について
　1639年に浄土真宗本願寺派の教育機関「学寮」として創立して以来、浄土真宗の精神を建学の精神とし、人間性豊かで深い学識と教養を備え、社会の発展向上に貢献する人材を養成することを目的に諸活動を積み重ね、現在では、10学部1短期大学部10研究科、学生数約２万人を擁する総合大学です。行動哲学に「自省利他」を掲げ、社会に貢献できる人や活動を生み出し、SDGsや社会変革に向けた取組みや地域社会との連携などを、他大学に先駆け取組んでいます。

■テンプル大学ジャパンキャンパス（TUJ）について

On November 25, 2024, Ryukoku University and Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote educational and academic cooperation. With the new TUJ Kyoto Campus opening in January 2025, the aim is to enhance multicultural coexistence on Ryukoku University’s Fukakusa campus. This will be achieved through various exchanges, including joint curriculums, extracurricular activities such as club activities, and exchanges within the students’ living environments. Additionally, both universities will explore ways for their students to collaboratively propose solutions to Kyoto’s overtourism issue.
At the signing ceremony, Ryukoku University President Takashi Irisawa emphasized that this partnership is crucial for promoting Buddhist SDGs and providing valuable international experiences to students. He confirmed with TUJ President and Dean Matthew J. Wilson that as a first step, the two institutions will nurture changemakers who will jointly tackle social issues. Such a collaboration will inspire many exciting new connections and projects.

共生のキャンパスづくり学生実行委員会では、障がいの有無に関わらず、全ての学生が豊かな学びや学生生活を経験できる環境づくりを目指して、さまざまな取り組みを行っています。今回は知識がない人でもパソコンで簡単な作曲ができるようになることを目標に、DTM作曲講座（パソコンで作曲できるようになろう！）を11月25日（月）に開催しました。
開催に先立ち参加者募集を行ったところ、僅か1日で定員10名を超える申し込みがあるなど、興味のある学生から大きな反響があり、当日は学生実行委員２名の補助のもと、講師の学生からわかりやすいDTMの基本操作についてレクチャーがあり、参加した学生からは、「全くの初心者で何も分からないまま参加しましたが、1から教えてもらえてとてもありがたかったです。」「分からないなと感じた時にはすぐに見に来てくださりサポートしてもらえたのも大変ありがたかったです。」などの感想をいただき、大盛況のうちに終了しました。

DTMとは？
　DTMは、DeskTop Music（デスクトップミュージック）の略称で、パソコンを使った音楽制作を表す言葉です。海外ではコンピューターミュージックと呼ばれています。音楽制作プロセスのほとんどをコンピューター上で行うことができるので、DTMはプロやアマチュア問わず、現在の音楽制作の主流になっています。

　11月7日（木）に、龍谷大学真宗学会で真宗学会大会が開催されました。

　午前中には、8人の研究者による研究発表がおこなわれました。そのテーマは、『教行信証』の思想・近代における真宗理解・親鸞の依用した経典のテキスト論・臨床宗教師の活動など、非常に多岐にわたるもので、参加者の多くが熱心に聞き入っていました。

　午後には記念講演として、森田眞円先生（京都女子大学名誉教授 龍谷大学元教授）から「法然、親鸞への善導教学の影響について」と題してお話をいただきました。

長年のご研究の成果として、従来とは異なる視覚から「親鸞に影響を与えた善導教学」が提示され、非常に刺激的な内容でした。

 

多くの学部生や大学院生も参加し、今後の自身の学びや論文作成に向けて、大変意義深い時間となりました。
